Demios' strength, and thus Percy's, had been in debate. It was only suspected that he had a Violet core and even if he did, it took Percy and his 'familiar' to beat him. It was such a close fight. They were both griveously wounded. Now, the familiar alone, 2 grades weaker, elemental disadvantage, fighting against the most powerful bloodline a beast could face? The familiar wins. This isn't just Violet strength. There probably isn't a more disadvantageous match-up and he still won. If Remior assumes Percy, Micky and the Princess can each fight a Violet core, what could Machaon's plan possibly be? A part of it has already failed at least. He'd need multiple Whites just to stand a chance in 10 years.
