Reminder: Having issues connecting to new Server/Getting Role?
🕑 Added 2021-07-04 17:48:09 +0000 UTC[This is the slightly updated version of troubleshoots that has been on the Frontpage of my Patreon for years, also pinned in the new and old discord server.]
My name is not being listed as a Patron. | Patron+ | Patron♥ What am I to do?
Connect your discord at: https://www.patreon.com/settings/account
Under connections click "Connect to Discord"
This should auto-connect you back into the server with the correct role.
*Troubleshoots:*
- Close your discord app entirely or re-login into your discord account
- If your role doesn't change disconnect and then reconnect your discord account to your Patreon Account Settings. (For most people it works, but sometimes it will take 2-3 tries.)
- If you're pledging without selecting a reward "TIER" on Patreon the Patreon-Bot cannot automatically give you the role. Double-check your "Manage-Memberships" page on Patreon.
- If you CANCEL or DELETE your pledge at all during the month, the Patreon-Bot will automatically remove your role. You'll be able to view the Patreon site but not the discord server anymore.
