Should I say yes or no?!

One of my new cosplay friends caught this misleading moment between me and a photog -he was just trying to catch the glow of the chest piece 😜On a more serious note I can't express enough how much I appreciate each and every one of you. I will be working hard to make new cosplays going into fall (Starting with Jyn Erso in Rogue One) while also traveling to make appearances at conventions in order to meet existing friends and make new ones.
Lately I've been in contact with organizers and I hope with some hard work and with your continued support I'll be able to attend an event near all of you guys (it's not far-fetched since I've already been invited as far-away as China --even though that one didn't go so well to say the least).
I have a LOT of stuff in progress and I even have a few exclusive cosplays that I plan to make available on a very limited basis. Those of you who tune into my stream know that I'm super playful so it might be a bit of a surprising revelation but in terms of cosplay and modeling I really shun doing "sexy for the sake of sexy. " When I make a costume for a convention I typically try to get as close to source material as possible -my Slay Belle Katarina has the "game-accurate" look, it's not overly alluring. I didn't do a "sexy Rey" from the force awakens nor a sexified Misty from Pokemon. I've been offered great compensation (as recently as my LA trip last month) by photogs to do boudoir shoots or sexy cosplay calendar stuff but I've declined. I don't object on moral grounds and I won't opine on other cosplayer's decisions one way or the other, It's just been my choice thus far. If I had to assign a reason to it I'd probably say that I've just not really cared to have a large number of people seeing it -I like to leave a little mystery 😉
The thing about cosplay that captured and piqued my interest has always been bringing the source material to life as accurately and while preserving as much detail as I can afford to!
That said I have started a bit on two cosplays that I plan to release on the previously mentioned "limited basis." Slave Leia is about 30% completed and Union Jack-underwear "morning love" Tracer (based on fan art that you guys showed me on my twitch stream) is coming along . These will be released to a new tier I plan to introduce in October, the "Founders Tier." In keeping with the spirit of what I said earlier this tier will never exceed single digit membership. I'll post the official reward list in a few weeks but for starters I will occasionally be taking fun, sexy or offbeat cosplay requests that I release to this tier exclusively -things such as fan art versions of characters or mashup characters!
More broadly and for everyone I'll be setting up a discussion board so that we can talk about nerdy things or banter even when I'm not streaming (and so you all can get to know each other better!). I'll also be working on video blogs once things slow down a bit. I'm intending to release those regularly at a weekly interval on my YouTube channel to everyone starting sometime in November. Eventually patrons will get an "uncut" cosplay confessionals version. I'll share embarrassing moments and highlights that I usually keep to myself!
I love all you guys and even if you aren't a patron just liking or sharing my posts/pictures on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook is AMAZING. The conventions are much more approachable and agreeable if I have an active social media fan base. Tuning in to my twitch stream and engaging with chat is also super helpful! It'll help twitch eventually decide to partner and give me a subscribe button! Thanks everyone for enduring my wall of text 🙂

So many people at wiz world and online have mentioned it! I'll have to look at my schedule and see if I'm on schedule finishing stuff /see if it's schedule-able. If not I'll make sure to squeeze in a Dallas area event in the coming year. I use to go to Dallas for anime cons (AKON) not sure if that's an interst you have too 🤔😮

Your words are amazing, Kait. But honestly, it is us who should be thanking you! Without your amazing talent, beauty, and voice, none of this would be possible. I love your style of cosplay and find it sexy in itself. There's a certain kind of beauty in cosplaying a character perfectly and you've done it with two of my favorite fictional characters (Rey and Tracer) and I'm sure you'll knock Jyn out of the park as well. You should look into Dallas Comic Con fan days though that might be short notice. Stay amazing and please never change!
