I've been working on this sequence since November. The script went through many iterations before I was happy with it. I even drew a bunch of images but then decided to start over from scratch. I'll share more in the sketch posts once the plot is further along. There's an obvious, straightforward approach I could've taken: "college education makes religious girl progressive" but I wanted to avoid something that could easily be turned into a right-wing meme.
The result is my longest sequence, yet, coming in at 36 images in nine parts. I used a simpler art style to help me keep the protagonist recognizable across many steps and different emotions. This is very much an experiment, I already mentioned how I wanted to do a story in the style of MelissaN's work. It's also difficult to categorize. Corruption would be the closest TF type but "sexually liberated" is a positive trait in my mind.
In any case, this story is very close to my heart. While it doesn't feature big physical changes, I put a lot of thought and care into portraying the character's psychological evolution. I hope you enjoy it, as well.
