I think you found a really good way to thread that needle actually. My only complaint is that she went from dark haired to blonde instead of the other way, but that's a personal preference lol.

Thanks! I tried to balance a few different constraints: 1. "offline", 2. "stepfordian", 3. I wanted her to be self-sufficient. I preferred not to create a story about an influencer giving up her job to become someone's bimbo wife. It felt like the kind of thing that could go viral in a negative way. I'd also rather avoid the whole tradwife can of worms. The result is not "pure" Stepford but I think it's close enough to qualify.

It works really well! I also love the touch with her headbands slowly changing and eventually becoming a headscarf, it's a fun detail

In my mind, the thing she wasn't enjoying was chasing views. After all, even the milkmaid outfit is technically retro. Still, I see where you're coming from. I didn't know that about polls!

Maybe but that line in the middle "focus on things I enjoy" just makes it feel like she didn't enjoy the clothes because she ends up as a milkmaid. Maybe it's just the way my mind works. My biggest problem with the update is that you can see the results of a poll before selecting an option. So now I'll see that my ideas aren't getting voted for before I vote for it.

Yeah... I don't mind their new logo, I wasn't a fan of the previous one, either, but usability wise, it's not great. I'd say she does love vintage clothes, seeing as how she keeps wearing them even after giving up influencing.

If the lack of views was a problem then vintage clothing wasn't really her passion. It was just her tool for clicks. As an aside, fuck this new Patreon update.
