Under the soft, watery light of the moon, its surface gleamed with an icy, enigmatic sheen, as if reflecting the mystical horizon where the sea meets the sky.

After his battle with Terumi Mei, Toshiro was inspired to develop a Bloodline Limit. Now, after nearly three years of relentless effort, his perseverance had finally paid off.
Using Yin Release shaping, he expertly fused the violent, hard-to-control elements of wind and lightning. While there were still minor imperfections, the sword's sharpness remained undeniable.

Though the Raikage dismissed the boast outwardly, his solemn expression betrayed his wariness. Toshiro's Bloodline Limit was clearly formidable, but he still had unwavering faith in his Lightning Release Armor.

Just as the Raikage gave the order, the sound of earth breaking erupted behind Toshiro.

"Big brother, watch out!" Bee called out, his voice tense. "That sword in his hand—it’s not ordinary!"
Having felt the sharpness of the sword firsthand through his severed tentacle, Killer Bee dropped his usual playful demeanor. His tone turned grave as he swiftly entered the first stage of his tailed beast form, fully prepared to escalate to the second state if necessary.
"Elbow bolt!"
But his warning came too late. For a ninja with the speed of the Raikage, a distance of thirty meters was covered in less than a heartbeat. In the blink of an eye, he had closed the gap and was already upon Toshiro.
Toshiro wasted no time. Without hesitation, he thrust his chakra-infused sword directly toward The Raikage’s heart.

The sharp hum of the blade cutting through the air filled the space again, only this time it was much harsher, growing louder and accompanied by a shrill, unsettling screech.

A heavy object hit the ground, followed by the dull clang of The Raikage's golden barbell falling from his arm.
"Think you can escape so easily?"
Toshiro, noticing the injured Raikage attempting to create distance between them, wasn't about to let him retreat. With a powerful push from his feet, he closed the gap, matching the Raikage's speed. At the same time, the chakra-infused long sword in his hand elongated rapidly, reaching toward his opponent.
"Got you!"
The unmistakable sensation of his sword cutting through resistance surged through Toshiro. Without hesitation and unconcerned by the potential consequences of killing such a formidable foe, he pressed his attack, fully committed.
With a surge of strength, Toshiro thrust his long sword toward the opening he'd just created, aiming to finish off his relentless opponent with a single, decisive strike—or at the very least, inflict a crippling wound.

Though Toshiro's blade managed to pierce through the Thunder Armor and even graze the skin of the Raikage, fate had other plans. At the critical moment, Killer Bee—shrouded in a red, translucent chakra cloak—blazed forward with a speed that rivaled even the Raikage’s, placing himself between Toshiro and his brother.
The tail behind Killer Bee whipped around with blinding speed, carrying a sharp ninja blade aimed directly at Toshiro.
"It's just like the style of Cloud Ninjas." Toshiro muttered, eyes narrowing as he watched Killer Bee's ruthless advance. Killer Bee didn't seem to care about his brother's fate; instead, he seized the moment to strike while Toshiro's focus was on the Raikage. Faced with the sudden attack, Toshiro had no choice but to pull back his sword.
"I have to admit, your instincts are sharp," he remarked.
Toshiro wasn't concerned about any defense Killer Bee might muster. His long sword, Frost Sky, was unstoppable. If anything stood in its way, he'd simply cut through it. The blade's sharpness was unrivaled.
Yes, he'd named his Bloodline Frost Sky. Part of the reason was to honor his name. He had thought about calling it "Ice Wheel," but it didn't seem fitting. Frost Sky had a more natural ring to it, better suited for the icy, radiant properties of his technique. It wasn't just any existing bloodline; it was uniquely his.
Wind and lightning, being two notoriously difficult chakra attributes to control, posed a unique challenge. Toshiro was confident that the Tailed Beast cloak in its first state wouldn’t be enough to stop the edge of his sword, Frost Sky.
Meanwhile, The Raikage had only just evaded Toshiro's previous strike and was too far to intervene in time.

The Fourth Raikage, A, barely had time to celebrate his narrow escape when he realized his brother was in immediate danger. Seeing the chakra-infused sword, now as wide as a door, descending towards Killer Bee, A's heart raced with panic.
But he had just distanced himself too much from Toshiro, and there was nothing he could do about it when he saw all this.
