I think some of the people on the discord channel had to deal with that exact problem, so that's probably a good place to ask the question. Seems odd, though - the MK3S with Prusament should have no problem printing that model! I wouldn't drop the temperature or cooling, but maybe slowing it down a bit could help reduce curling that can be caught by the nozzle. There are probably people on discord with much better suggestions, though! 😁

I have tried printing it, but my first attempt failed. The 60° overhang of the hexagons kept curling and colliding with the nozzle/PINDA probe every now and then, eventually pushing the print off the plate on my Prusa i3 MK3s. I used Prusa's PLA (or Prusament, as they call it) for this. Do you have any particular recommendations to mitigate this? Should I go lower than 0.2mm layer height and knock down cooling just a notch?

Interesting! What's the filament?

My inner part is a tight fit. It may be the filament.
