You never found out, did you? As I understand it, the author, on principle, does not want to say what kind of mod it is. I think he created it, but for his own personal reasons he doesn't want to post it. I'm not judging, and he has the right to do so, but it's frustrating that he can't speak directly about it or at least say what kind of mod it is, just ignoring the questions.
