Feedback Requested: New Menu Screen

Hi all!
This is still a work in progress image, but I would appreciate folks' feedback on it. This is what we're working towards for a new main menu screen. A couple of things to keep in mind that will be different between this and the final version:
The final version of this will have some smoke or fog towards the bottom, and
The text at the bottom will be white when it is idle and not selected.
There are a couple of things I think I want to change, but before I give those updates to the artist I'm working with, I wanted to check in with you and see if there was anything else.

Honestly, whatever you think looks good is probably fine.

I think Alex, Mayhew and Nick could be there from the start. But I'd keep the rest behind fog.

I'd suggest not to put everyone there. You don't want to show everyone at once. Let the players discover them. I'd suggest to show Alex and dark figures
