Like in the previous WIP A scene to remember, a scene to REMAKE! WIP , this one covers part of the "meeting" scene displaying BIG Van in her full glory for the "first time".
The tests are going nice with most of the main scenes tested, they'll be properly adapted and improved upon the original but, man, the text is a challenge: it was bad, lol.
Maybe I'm losing my touch but these remakes are getting harder and harder to make... fortunately this is the last one for the season, I can't even imagine remaking the last chapter of season 2: not that it wouldn't be fun but, the amount of work would be nightmarish and ain't even considering remaking any of the 2nd season yet.
Also, for the 6th heavy working month (counting by the time I work based on daily schedule and not exactly releases), I notice that stuff is consuming more time than I have available, meaning that in the long run making canon stories straight (plus the Patreon extras) would burn me out again really fast... but this year was a test run needed for me to learn how far I can get.
I believe I can reach October keeping the canon releases and keep some background projects for the future in sights, it will be tight but I'll make it happen, then, probably next year focus more on non-canon projects and see if they really consume less time, check other workflows and see if it is really only canon that consumes me so much.
Probably on the 5th year of exclusive GTS work I'll have all this fine tuned, but I fear that release dates will be stretched for some releases, having half chapter for a month and the finished one in the next month. After all, if I burn ou myself again there's no telling of the extra side effects it can have in my life long term.
Again, I'm sharing these thoughts and this lovely render because this was the peak of my fun at Cheap Tricks back in the day, nostalgia is hitting hard.
