I have plans to custom shape the legs on a more natural way but I didn't implement that yet. I mean, they can get thicker closer to the knee, like some I've seen IRL.

Not without hurting quality. I used a couple of "retired" morphs to achieve that, I prefer morphs that grant ease of use and don't hurt the looks depending on the pose.
