🕑 Added 2022-01-06 10:35:59 +0000 UTCRender test of the re-render of the scene 1 part 2 where I fixed the light to be more "afternoon like".
I checked the environment to fix some "flat surfaces" and a dome error and ended up reviewing the whole thing. This is one of the new takes.
Domina's Valley 28 will be bigger than I planned...

It is not thaaat late yet, or thaat morning, so, all I did was correct the sunlight position and give the afternoon iteration a little orange tone. I think I never did a very early scene like early morning... I never noticed, at early morning I'm too sleepy to even remember the colors.

Some hints for using lighting to suggest the time of day: Early morning gets a hint of a pinkish tone ("rosy-fingered dawn", as Homer put it), and late afternoon is the "golden hour"....

I don't see any flat surfaces in the picture. Only some thicc surfaces.
