Perspective. Audrey is the tallest yet somewhat behind Phoebe, who is front and centre closest to the viewer. Meanwhile Jessica is further back than both of them. Hence why she looks smaller than both. I would expect if any of them, Phoebe to grow somewhat since she’s the smallest of the main trio.
