Remember that you need MoreSlotID, WideSlider and BonesFramework working correctly.
Also, for this girl I added customizable bones, and I used them to get the look on the screenshots since the original one was too fugly, so you'll need Additional Bone Modifier to get that same look.

So, this time I made a small experiment, adding custom scale bones similar to the ones Illusion added for the vanilla head. In simple terms, these will allow you to better customize the head, since by scaling them, the bones below them will move along the scaled axis.
Make sure to read the readme, and feel free to experiment. Remember you'll need both BonesFramework and Additional Bone Modifier to be able to both use the included customization and modified her further yourself. Chances are you already had Additional Bone Modifier.
I had to do this because I simply didn't like how she turned out. I've attached a comparison so that you can see what I mean.
Expect this for new girls, but don't always expect me to change their default look, since not always will they look like ugly.
