As it turns out, there's no magical way to get these character skeletons fine from the beginning, so I had to manually set the bones in places where they worked more or less fine.
Beats making a rig from start... maybe.
She turned out better than Nina. Also I figured I have to invert both X and Y axes for the normal maps of these characters. Weird stuff.
Anyways, enjoy. Now comes Asuka.
