I hate the diablo story and always skipped past the talking. Diablo is about grinding loot. Ive only done the d4 xpac campaign enough to unlock the tribute dungeon

Since the introduction of the wow token there is no distinction between gold and $ as you can convert in both direction. And the old auction house mount was 5 million gold which is 330$ in wow tokens. So if you ask the question, did blizzard become more greedy? Well, they decided reduce the price of this mount by a lot. But I can see the argument that the old mount was priced to target people who are good making gold. And the new one is priced to maximize revenue. I know how blizzard would get 50$ from Jon. 50$ and remove all cooldowns from in-game toys :) Blizzard cashing out on the inconveniences they built into the game.
