Diary entry 13 ❤️ Doctors.. the good, the bad and the ugly..

With the passing of Dr Domanskis I’ve been remembering all the interactions I’ve had with different doctors over the years..
Truth be told, at the beginning it was hard, but as time went on things became much easier.. I’ve already mentioned my earliest experiences with surgeons in London when I was 18, 19 and 20 and how I was told I was being silly for wanting more size, told by another doctor that 1000c would not ‘fit’ on my slim frame and all sorts of other rubbish lol
Many doctors just did not want the hassle of doing large, let alone xl implants.. At 700 I hit a block and it took quite a bit of determination to get past it, on to 1000 and then on way way to much much bigger..
I still remember Dr Singh (now retired, but he had put in Katie Price’s 1000cc I believe) telling me the very large size I wanted wasn’t ‘realistic’, another doctor in Belgium (whose name completely escapes me) only agreeing to adding 200/300cc more and then treating me so badly I was throwing up all the way down the hospital hallway after being discharged.. It was after that experience I took a break and for the first time thought I was ‘done.’ I was a shy girl and small in frame, I think back then people saw me and thought I could be walked over 🤷♀️
Well into my 20s I was told I looked younger than 18 and asked if I was really of age lol..
Luckily things got better though.. I met another doctor who was happy to take me to 1000cc.. And that surgery went extremely well.. There was barely any pain and he had made the switch to high profile implants from mods, which made them look much rounder and faker.. Up until then I‘d had a subtle gentle slope, but now I had very obvious circular shaped boobs.. I was ectastic 🙌🙌
After that I thought quite a bit about doubling up to 2000 but was scared (yes, really 😊).. I hesitated for quite a while, but as many of you will already know, I came across Vixen LaMoore online and she helped me.. I spoke to the daughter of her surgeon as he was in Mexico and unfortunately didn’t speak English.. My memory is hazy but I think her name was Alina or something similar.. She was lovely and didn’t mind at all translating between her father and I..
As we were about to move forward and order my implants though (2000cc Eurosilicone) the brand was taken over by another company who didn’t want to supply larger customs..
So my search started again.. I did of course come close to giving up and ordered myself the 1500cc Sebbin implants, thinking “will I be able to get bigger, maybe I should just make do with these?”.. The guy I was seeing at the time also didn’t want me to go larger so we ended things (funnily enough he got back in touch after I went bigger though and wanted to try again 🙄)..
After the 1500s arrived and I held one in my hand I knew I wasn’t going to be satisfied (not by a long shot lol) so I sold them on.. They just didn’t excite me... They were still in sterile packaging and I had all the paperwork so there was no problem getting rid of them.. Ariane Saint Amour bought them from me, and went to my doctor to put them in..
Things got dramatically easier when I went to Dr Foster and had the 2k shells put in.. He even gave me a big discount when I joked did he fancy doing my op for 5k rather than his usual price of 7500 back then.. Yes, I was shy, but I was also cheeky..
Can you believe that surgery was actually less expensive than the previous one to take me to 1000 but then again saline shells cost less to produce than silicone..
After finding my stride I quickly became larger and larger.. I had a brilliant local doctor who was very supportive (she still is, she helped me when I got ill too and wrote me a note earlier this year when I needed to go to the US again because of my flipped over butt expander port.. I wasn’t sure I would be able to fly in with the pandemic gaining traction and borders about to close, but I made it)..
I did have some hiccups, which I’ve talked about, but the stumbling blocks have made me much stronger as a person and taught me to appreciate life more.. I realised I couldn’t be weak when I got my infection and the first doctor I went to here in the UK just told me to explant.. I thought “no, f*ck it, I’m going to try my hardest to keep going and maybe things will be okay.” My ex at this point decided he couldn’t or didn’t want to deal with it and that was a good life lesson for me.. I loved that guy but I had to be stronger and keep standing on my own two feet..
I spoke to a number of doctors.. Stokes, Domankis, Pelletiere, and others over the years, and met up with quite a few of them.. I needed to find the right fit and someone who could work with me on my vision for my body..
Many were lovely, but there were of course the awful ones, like the one who treated me like sh*t in Belgium.. I missed my flight home I was in such bad shape after being discharged from hospital that trip and checked myself into the airport hotel to recover.. I wish I could remember this joke of a doctor’s name but I can’t.. Then there was the crazy one in Colombia who was convinced I had filler in my butt (I didn’t) and was pushy to the point I had to block her and the other women in the office as they wouldn’t stop pressuring me to book.. I ended up going with an absolute gem of a surgeon who was also in Colombia, but the polar opposite of her.. He was careful and obsessive about his work.. It takes a lot to wow me but I remember after my bbl with him looking at my tinier waist and new hourglass shape in disbelief..
His personality was like mine, he was kinda shy in person (or at least I am till I get to know someone), his gorgeous wife did most of the talking.. She took me to the mall and did as much as she could to help me, even if we did rely on Google translate quite a bit.. So although doctor no 1 was crazy, number 2 was a gentleman, he was an absolute star, and many of the other people I came across in Colombia were lovely as well (I have said this before, but Colombia was by far the strictest country I’ve been to for surgery.. I was checked and checked again, had to be cleared health-wise at the airport as well before I left the country, which makes me wonder about how they are dealing with Corona right now),.
The worst and most dangerous doctor I came across was a guy from Brazil.. Annoyingly, his name escapes me right now but I’m sure I’ll remember in a bit.. We talked privately and he said he was willing to work on my ass (this was before I had any implants in it).. Later it turned out he had accidentally killed someone (he was working in a very unsafe way and injecting God knows what) and gone on the run.. What’s even more bizarre is that he would update on his social media whilst this was going on.. Of course they found him and I think he’s locked up now..
The only other comparable situation to that was when I got in touch with Kristyna Martelli.. I had never really spoken to her before but asked who did her butt.. She was very vague but asked if I wanted to go along with her to get filler in it.. I chickened out of that as the whole thing just seemed iffy and she had such serious complications later she died..
So yes although I push and push my body I do know when to stop.. There are limits I won’t cross.. Right now I’m learning to inject and having been around some of the best and most well known doctors around (as well as some of the worst lol).. I’m pretty good at sizing up a situation and taking care of myself..
As in all professions there are good and bad doctors.. Never trust blindly or be swayed by someone because of celebrity.. My Colombian surgeon worked on a couple of very well known twins who later pretended someone else did their surgery so they could profit from the referrals.. They have a combined following of well over a million.. It scares me that a number of people will have booked the doctor who they recommended purely for financial gain 😏
Never compromise on safety and if worried always wait.. As fun as plastic is there is nothing more important than looking after our health and taking the best possible care of our bodies 💙
