I love me a high fantasy (in fact I'm working on my own!), so It's always fun to draw some classics. It's really interesting to see how these two pieces differ.
I know I watched he-man as a kid, though I don't remember a whole lot of it. I must have been quite young. Or a shitty memory. Both can be true. Sadly, I found the Kevin Smith He-Man quite frustrating. There were elements that were really good, but the whole thing had the feeling of thinking itself dramatic when it failed to first establish why I should care. It tried too hard to be a direct follow on to something decades old. A shame, really.
