Like would the moisture bead up and float out, or since it's inside it would stay there and function as normal? I remember some years ago seeing a special on television involving testing a "two-suit" that was designed to basically let two people merge their suits so they could have sex (they were just testing how well the "merging" system worked, not having the people actually bump uglies). My own thought was basically just "Send an established couple up into space and tell them they are allowed, indeed encouraged, to have sex - it won't take them long to figure it out." The leverage issue would be simple - just give them handlebars to hold onto (or strap one partner on a bed and have the other hold onto the one who is strapped down). Heck, just having sex in the middle of the room (like our stalwart crew) should be readily doable so long as they hold onto each other, it's just that there's a risk of bouncing around while getting it on. Lubrication wasn't something I considered, but if natural lubrication doesn't flow right, just apply a decent amount of lube you bring with you. That's a case where I could see a use for the two-suit, honestly, just so you don't wind up with droplets of lube going everywhere (although just sealing off your bunk area should be sufficient; sure, you'll probably wind up with a bit of lube on all the walls in your bunk, but at least it won't be getting into sensitive systems).

Yes, the TRUE secrets of Area 69! I would think that zero sex would be a lot more do-able if you had a small padded room -- similar to an insane asylum's padded cell, but made comfy and sexy, -- so that way everyone has plenty of platforms to push off of. Perhaps adding some aerial silks would give even more things to grab for leverage than just the walls.
