I'm guessing that because it's still in beta is why it's not available to us yet. The higher tier levels get earlier access to stuff.

This file shows as unlocked for me but when I go to the shibbydex it tells me that I need a different tier to unlock the content. Also, it doesn't say which tier I need that I can see.

Pets belong in cages is so so mazing. It's probably the best one of yours too condition someone who's wearing a cage and to bring out feelings and emotions and experiences while doing so
