You need a Shibbydex account and connect said account to patreon, it's really easy to do, Shibbydex is her own website and she explains in the post that it was only posted there since patreon didn't allow such a large file.

The audio should kick in just as you're planning on waking up and coming out of sleep. At 10 minutes runtime, all I can say is you won't be sleep talking for long and very soon you'll be bolt upright. Everyone is different, be sensible. I would recommend following the instructions that I gave about downloading the App and checking beforehand that everything works as intended. You want to make sure that the audio is coming out of your headphones for example and not out the phone speakers - because that could create a rather embarrassing situation.
