are there plans for an f4f?

I have had files randomly stop midstream before. I always download the file I want now and listen to the file stored on my phone in a music player app. I just use Samsung music player in case you wonder.

Is it me or the shibbydex website? When listening to files it sometimes stops and starts as if it is buffering. I have tried different things let it buffer for a while, even run the whole file and repeat it and it still sometimes stops then starts. Any ideas to improve the smoothness of the experience will be appreciated .
