Did anybody happen to see the new NF video LOST (#4 trending) where Hopsin says at t=2:25 that he's "spending a grand on week on hypnotherapy." I remember telling my therapist, after listening to a sampling of Shibby's files, I said, "This is the most chill I've felt in a long time." He called it "guided meditation." They had a nice 'Meditation Room' set up down the hall a few doors from his office. Muted lighting. Quiet background music. A colored mist-er that sprayed out scented water vapor, depending on which drops were used. The sound of water flowing over rocks. That's where they did the group guided meditation, where a lady would come up behind you and do Reiki.

The balance app is a good example of what I mean. It gives time to the listener and why it's the best meditation app I've come across.

The script was good and the delivery was outstanding. I wish you played around with some empty spaces a bit more though. Giving the listener time to reflect on what you're saying. Like after the give yourself some time to do nothing.
