I would find that fair if yo were still listed in searches but you're not so if you're having to do this they should at least put you back in search.
Doesn't seem fair that "implied nudes" is considered sanitary when it comes to other "artists"

Likely lines between free content and content that is exclusive/paid access. Patreon wants creators to be as clear as possible lately about what's being offered. That's what I'm seeing in other communities, anyway. I doubt it's related purely to subject matter. There's content of all kinds on Patreon. Unless they're really nitpicking BDSM verbiage? Meh.
