This session is split into 4 files, which should be placed together in order on a play list. I suggest having a listen to the full session keeping out of trance BEFORE you try and listen to it as a morning wakener, to help alleviate awkwardness and confusion when you go to listen to it as intended.
Then, the next morning, use some form of app or alarm to set the first file into motion about 10 minutes before you would like to wake up. Keep in mind the whole routine is a full hour, so you may need to wake up earlier then normal to accommodate your schedule.
You will begin with headphones off, and at a certain point will be instructed to put on headphones and begin the next track. you can certainly have the files set to go off automatically if you feel comfortable with it.
From wake up, you will be brainwashed. Conditioned to follow my control.
From here you will be instructed to go into the shower room, and switch back to speakers. I will guide you through breathing and stretching, and get you more and more used to following my commands.
I will instruct you to relieve yourself, to shower, to dry off... everything you do you will do as my good little drone.
And then... the reward.
Coming back to the bedroom, and being hypnotized even deeper into trance, where I will make you feel pleasure upon pleasure until you cum from either jerking off, Hands free, or simply a pure explosion of orgasmic pleasure in your mind.

Making this file play as a scheduled alarm on my Macbook was more difficult and complicated than I expected, but I figured it out after a bunch of trial-and-error. I thought I'd share them here in case anyone else wanted to do the same. Here's my steps: In Automator: >Create a new application with the following commands: > Launch application (select iTunes) > Get Specified iTunes Items (select the mp3) > Start iTunes Playing > Save as application In iCal > Create an event > Add an alert > Custom > Open file > Select the Automator application you created earlier > Schedule the alert for "at time of event" Voila, your Macbook will now automatically play Good Morning Slave Routine for when the iCal event is scheduled. I wanted to use my Macbook rather than my iPhone's alarm feature because the iPhone won't play an alarm over Bluetooth. By setting this up on my Mac, I'll be able to have Shibby's voice play through the Google Home on my nightstand! I hope someone finds this helpful!

I already wake up very early for work. So I wanted to listen through the files out of trance first to make sure that I had everything set that I would need. I planned to just follow along with the stretches in my room, but found myself pulled into her words and acted out the shower for the fun of it.... This was the first time I actually ejaculated from an HFO. Waking up extra early for Shibby will definitely be a better way to start my day
