I gotta say, i disagree on it being strange. It's like you're being told a story, right? I think the idea is supposed to be that you're being told a story and as you listen to the story being told to you, you put yourself in place of the character in the story. That's when it changes from being told a story to being in the story. it fits perfectly in my opinion

Excellent. I feel like the silence from 1:26-1:29 is probably too long. Three minutes of silence is enough to fool the listener into feeling like the file ended and thus break out of trance. It also seems strange for you to describe yourself at the beginning of the file differently than Ifrit. And there are seven blank minutes at the end of the file after the wakener. Other than that, I love it. I especially like the contrast of fire and water, as an ifrit is typically a being of fire, opposed to a siren. I love it.
