Repetition Brings you Down
I have ADHD, and it is hard for me to quiet my mind unless I am moving some part of my body. If this gets voted to the top, I will make a file that requires you to do some form of mindless movement, to help you trance better before listening to other files. Very beginner friendly, and to be considered a training aid.
1- The Senses
Sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. The five senses are basic and powerful. A sexy scientist has you breathe in pheromones to relax you and heighten these senses as she guides you through the process - which ends with her testing their surpisingly strong effects...

The idea is to have a file that when you listen to you are warned that by listening to it you are committing to following the regimen for a certain number of days, where you listen each day and edge a number of times with no orgasms allowed. The catch is that while you edge yourself an increasing number of times the risk of going over the edge accidentally rises, and if you do that you would have to start over. Meaning there's a chance you might be caught in an infinite regimen of edging without a satisfying release.

Here is my plan for this file so far:
