Domina, hearing you talk about nature, the outdoors and fresh air put a big smile on my face. Being an avid trail hiker up the mountains in NH etc., this file will be great for me to take along and play it when it is time for sleep. The “huts” or “lean-to” are not the most comfortable places to sleep, but with your gentle voice, trance and instructions it will be really easy. This file will be great for healing the mind/body after a long trek and getting me ready for a cozy night of sleep and a refreshed morning.
