Some form of bondage is optimal for this file. In the begining the dominant is prompted to restrain the submissives wrists and ankles in a spread eagle pattern. Thank you for the feedback! An on screen cue could work quite well. Next one I make will likely be much less about moving... I just have to come up with ideas that won't end up with the woman playing on her phone while she waits for the next action.

I think the viewer of the screen will need a sense of timing. Could an on-screen cue indicate a countdown to when there will be new text? Perhaps it needn't be numbers. Perhaps an hourglass or decreasing bar or shrinking circle. You may also want to indicate that the screen needs to be visible in both cowgirl and reverse cowgirl positions. Another idea for bondage is pulling of underwear down to the ankles (not off), and using one foot to twist them a few times until they are snug. This can also be enhanced by having the top raise them back towards the knees for even less mobility. Or from a seated position the bottom can place their arms into a large empty pillowcase behind their back and then gently laid back on top of it into position with arms bound by their own weight. If both are needed, it is necessary to pin the arms first. Other technical details could be the inclusion of instructions and preparation into the video itself and offer a pause break for execution. Specifying the expected earbuds could also be needed. A blindfold could easily be integrated, too.
