Just practice, yo. If a thought comes into your mind, just let it go. Meditation/clearing your mind is a practicable skill, you'll get better at it over time.
Hey Shibby, I really enjoyed this audio! During it I came farther than ever before (up onto my shoulder lying down)! However, I am having a few issues. When going down, I'm not able to fully clear my mind, making it very difficult to achieve an HFO. I was wondering if you had any advice or could make a Hypnosis for people like me. Thanks!
