I had this for an idea; A lovely girl sucking on a pacifier, close up of her face and the dreamy expression she gets from it. A hand is holding the soother handle, like its being pulled up/away, but she likes it so much she's stuck to it. Maybe another angle of her on her knees to show diaper butt, if that's not asking too much.
