Its funny you mislabeled the lannisters for the Lancasters. Because that is exactly if im not mistaken who GRR Martin envisioned the Lannisters to be from the war of the roses when writing these books :). Cheers from Sweden btw love your reactions so i had to join your patreon.

Yes and in the most recent Jaime scene ive watched the whole burn them all phrase makes a lot more sense now.

I'm sure you've figured it out or it's been said, but the reason the whole "Stab in the back" / Kingslayer thing is so big towards Jaime is because he's in the Kingsguard, it's literally his job to defend the King, he gave up his lands and titles and the Kingsguard is a position for life. Even though the Mad King was a fanatical tyrant, he still forsook his oath and killed his king.

Definitely straight into Season 2! Like others have said, there's so much to keep track of and binging this show is the best way to watch it while keeping track of all the branching story lines and subplots. It's really enjoyable and so fun watching you react to this, hearing your thoughts and theories. Kind of feels like watching it again for the first time!

Stu, a heads up: you seemed confused when Little Finger was talking about Catelyn. Or rather, you seemed to conclude that he was talking about someone else. But he was indeed talking about Catelyn. And the person who beat him the duel he mentions was Ned Stark's older brother. Hence why he says "she ended up with his brother instead." Also lmao at "Lancasters"

I have a feeling you're going to regret saying you'll leave it up to the audience as to whether you go straight to Season 2... xDD This show has the worst cliffhangers imaginable, you're going to be in physical pain if you end up having to wait

I suggest going into season 2 right away (if you’re up for it, of course), since there are so many things to keep track of in this show. First time I watched it I had a long break between seasons and could barely remember half the characters and plotlines.
