About: Rock Lee is someone who would ordinarily have been disqualified from being a Shinobi, as his inability to properly mold Chakra beyond general things such as Water Walking or Tree Climbing means he cannot cast Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. However, through sheer grit and determination, Rock Lee has not only found himself a valuable Ninja but also a Tokubetsu Jonin. This is largely based on his skills with Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, and Fuuinjutsu.
However, he has also found a way to act as a Turtle Summoner, as the Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) does not require more than a general bit of chakra channeling. Accordingly, Rock Lee has a similar ninjutsu rating to an average Genin, even though he is incapable of proper Ninjutsu, solely based on the ability to summon. However, he rarely needs to do such things, as he is more than capable of fighting alone using the Celestial Gates, Strong Fist, and Fuuinjutsu.
Rock Lee has also shared in multiple bounties, such as Kigiri of the Binding Smoke, and claims sole credit for killing Kimimaro, the Last Kaguya. His most recent posting was as a teacher at the Konoha Shinobi Academy, lending his knowledge to the next generation of Konoha Shinobi.

It started as a way for Tsunade to ensure he didn't go haring off on some mission and wind up back in the Hospital after she had just healed him, but it turns out that he takes after Gai in that he's a surprisingly decent teacher lol
