Vacation Over!

But now it's time to get back into things!
First order of business, I want to finish this remaster type thing for the current content of the game. I'm HOPING to have it finished in a few weeks but that's not exactly certain.
Second, I'm going to try better to maintain more common traditional writings. They just are fun for me. Don't come with the fact I'll have to code them later xD
Third, I have some updates on the silhouette style. Last thing I want to poke it with. Think this is a good thing.
As a reminder, I'm adding a second view during internal sections that looks like this.
I like this addition and it's something I can do a lot of work myself to create!
But It's not perfect. Some poses are hard or difficult to silhouette.
So I reached out to Pidge Douglas, an artist friend for some help on how those more difficult poses can be done.
We settled on something like this! (These can come out a bit too dark on a dark screen. This is something I'm aware of.)
Obviously Alista's internal pov would be on screen somewhere for the player. Just like the other version.
This would be used by Stressa when she's bathing. That's a point with a lot of activity for the player, and having a special pov for it would be really nice to kinda emphasize that.
The lined silhouette style is nice for these more complicated poses.
And this is at a price point that'd be manageable for the game.

I'm going back and forth on how much these should be used. And I'm thiiinkiiing.
Start with one time slot for each of the main predators. One of the busier, more exciting ones.
Then move on to several shorter scenes that would benefit from something like this.
And then, maybe go back and add sketches to every timeslot for preds. I think this last step is unlikely if I will be honest, but do feel free to speak about your opinion in detail!
I will likely release the game initially as an experimental build and fix stuff as it comes back. There's a lot of stuff changing so it's gonna be impossible to catch most things.
Anyways, I'll be getting started on finishing this long term conversion. Thanks again for bearing with me.
