I got so many questions about arm injuries, artblock and mental health, so I decided to make my most honest, in-depth video yet about hitting artistic roadblocks. Injuries, anxiety, or lack of ideas and inspiration: these are all things that can bring your creative journey to a complete standstill! Even though they are all different, they tend to follow the same pattern, and we can learn a lot by taking a closer look at them.

What a roadblock is: the different forms it can take, and the patterns that they tend to follow
How to avoid hyperfocusing on symptoms, and instead zoom out and assess your roadblock in a way that allows you to see the bigger picture
