Carol was practically bouncing in her seat, teeming with excitement and humming to herself. Misuzu sat beside her, cool and composed as always, scrolling lazily through her phone.
Next to them, Tomo sat stiffly with her arms crossed tightly over her chest. Her bikini—so simple, yet now so revealing—clung to her in a way that made her squirm. A loose towel was draped across her lap, but it didn’t do much to hide the way her fuller frame pressed against the fabric.
Her cheeks were already burning.
“Why did I let you two talk me into wearing this on the train...” Tomo muttered, hunching forward.
Misuzu glanced up from her phone, deadpan as ever. “Because you would’ve looked ridiculous wearing your hoodie over it. You’d pass out from heatstroke before even touching the sand.”
Carol also leaned in, beaming. “But you look sooo cute, Tomo-chan! Like, really! Everyone’s gonna be staring—but in a good way!”
