The drawing of vivi changed because she was not meant to be a princess but a minor baroque works agent. Love the softer princess vivi drawing. Igaram ´s dead btw is on you neck with that jinx :D. over 2 hours of OP reaction ? love it

I get what you mean, about the expectations of powet tier lists, especially in the case of Zoro. Pretty much all villains or rival groups in anime got those tiers. But concepts like Devil Fruits kinda throw wrenches to to that idea, while still maintaining it. It's not hard to imagine someone having a fruit that's a perfect counter to someone else's weakness, despite maybe not being inherently stronger. Buggy is already a good example... could Mihawk find ways to fight him with a sword ? Maybe, but would be tricky
