The Beatles "I've Just Seen a Face" Lesson, Chords & Tab
🕑 Added 2018-02-20 19:03:44 +0000 UTC Hello friendsAnd welcome to another song tutorial! In today's session I'm bringing you a revamped video lesson, chord sheet and tab for The Beatles 1965 classic "I've Just Seen a Face." This tune employs a simple 1.6.4.5 chord progression in Gmaj, and embellishes this "stock" chord progression using walking transition riffs. For beginners, this tune can be played using just the basic chord shapes and a simple country strumming pattern. Add in the optional riffs as you become more confident with the rhythm and chord changes. Let's get started!
Strumming Pattern: (Note: Bass Strum on Beat 1)

Basic Chords Needed:

Hi Rob, thanks for covering my favorite Beatles song and doing it so well. Great high quality instructional videos!
Hey Doug, you're very welcome, I'm having a lot of fun breaking down these great songs. Keep up the practice and you'll be turning heads in no time!
Rob thanks! Your teaching technique really works for me, I am looking forward to the day I can go into a music store and pick up a guitar and make a good showing of all I have learned from you....oh yea

Great lesson!
Awesome, thanks, Rob! Good stuff. Yes, audio is tough to follow but lots of good instruction. When I first heard I thought there's no way I could do that but you broke it down and I think it's actually possible.. ;)
Hey George, I don't display the tabs in the videos anymore because if theres a mistake then I'm kinda stuck with it. Tabs are now available exclusively in PDF format. I saw a video you did of "your cheating heart" both playing and lead. but you didn't show the tabs.
