Definitely a singer-songwriter, her primary instrument is definitely her voice, but her guitar playing is improving all the time and I don't think I've ever seen her perform without a guitar or ukulele.

I'm hearing the same thing Blair, Chelsea has a bit of an accent that comes across somewhat European when she belts.

I 100% agree, finger style would sound great. Her voice is almost freakishly beautiful, very well trained. I'm planning to teach this soon, I'll mess around w/ the finger style idea
