Thanks for verifying! I recently found out about loudness measurements in LUFS. If you click right on a video and check the stats for nerds on my video about that belt driven extruder for example you see 100%/94% which means that YouTube has compressed it to 94%. This is with most of my videos. I'm going to rely more on my meters now, just like I do with color grading. I get used so quickly to loudness which makes it very subjective. I was afraid that the audio mapping went wrong since this is the first video I posted with a true mono dialogue. This might be the cause of the volume reduction too. I'm going to check the next video on multiple devices and compare them with other videos from which I know have good sound. It would be a shame that the effort I put in it makes things worse xD Thanks again for letting this know!

I have tested it on two phones now, it is loud enough on both. On the smart TV I have to turn up sh much louder as I watch TV normally, I would say it is quiet there. On the PC I have normal active speakers. Here it is very quiet, even when everything is turned up full. Also, I have to say that your other videos are normally loud on the PC.

Thanks for testing!

I've played it on my Android device ( Pixel Phone ) and it sounds good. Also tested on MacBook and no issue with Audio. I'll try on a windows device later...

I tried to find the issue, but it sounds good in both of my speakers and also on my phone. If I click right in the video and go to "stats for nerds" it says that the content loudness is at -2.3dB. Before my videos were a bit too loud resulting in YouTube compressing the audio making it worse. I'm not saying that there's something wrong at your side and I'm going to test it at multiple devices (TV, tablet, headphones) in the hope that I can find the issue. If you have this issue, chances are that more people will encounter it so I hope I can find it.

Interesting, this should have been the first one that was actually spot on. That's ironic😅 Might have to be due to the audio mapping I experimented with. What device did you watch it on? I'm going to figure out the actual problem. Thanks for letting me know!

Hi, in the video you are so quiet that I can barely hear you even with the speakers turned up all the way and the slider in Windows set to 100%. With other videos I have no problems understanding you. If a video is too quiet, people don't watch it to the end. If a video is too loud... you can turn it down. Greetings Ralf
