So, in this video I show the actual process! I recorded this the day before posting the video about that CR-30 so we're stepping back in time a bit xD

I tried to nail the letters to the wall at first in my old studio. Coming from there, this is a lot faster xD

Super interesting way of doing it. I don't think I'd have the patience for the double sided tape lol.
I'm not familiar with lasers and their limitations, but I was wondering if the laser would still cut through completely if you would stick some (thin) double sided tape on that XPS material BEFORE laser-cutting the letters?
Exactly! The common name I found is XPS sheets. This is used as sub flooring and I've bought it from here https://www.kwantum.nl/vloer/ondervloeren-isolatie/ondervloer-super-comfort-antraciet-0126000 So it's super comfort as well xD
Oh so it’s just foam! I was always wondering what it was. What kind of foam is it specifically? I know you mentioned it but I didn’t get it.
