I'd like to suggest Elena x Naomi from Elena of Avalor, but I'm unsure about Naomi's "official" age. The fandom wiki has her listed as being 18-19, but the last time her age was mentioned on the show was her turning sixteen in season one. A good amount of time passed between then and the end of the series, and Naomi became the kingdom's chancellor at the end of the show which would be a position of extreme responsibility for someone who's not an adult, but I'm not sure if the creator ever mentioned exactly how much time passed. It'd be up to you.
