MNL Progress Report #9
🕑 Added 2022-10-29 01:59:16 +0000 UTCHey there, nudies! Brad here with a THICK progress report! We've been making a lot of headway into various elements of the game. First up on the docket: Expressions! Our animator AT has been working on rigging up Amber's face to give us a variety of emotions for her to utilize in her many different encounters with Culo Culo's townspeople and situations. Some obviously need a bit of tweaking (blushes, mouth movement, etc), but I think we're making really good progress on them!
Bear has also been hard at work on redoing the townhouse interior to better fit the visual style! It's so cartoony! We think we can get all these textures finished and shaded by the end of this weekend.
Leslie has also drawn up some 2D assets to implement into the 3D environment. The street now has a bit more of a backdrop behind it, and we're working on getting the skybox implemented! The clouds are on a separate layer and should be able to move slowly across the sky. We're currently hard at work on implementing this exterior environment into the engine and should hopefully have Amber walking around butt-naked outdoors by next week!
Not only that, but we've recently contacted a composer to do some original music and should hopefully hear some examples soon! We've got the shower mini-game implemented, we've got animations being worked on, and we're already looking forward to beyond the demo to the rest of the big ol' town of Culo Culo! We've been discussing how we'll be moving forward with the full game's production once we've finished the demo and have already begun laying out the blocks for it, setting up timetables, all that managerial stuff. We've got big plans for our cutie nudie game!
We also got some new Amber chibis from Nalem, but since they involve nudity, we gotta lock 'em behind the paywall. $5 Patrons, get ready for a naked sneak peek in a moment!
