Ah, really sorry for your confusion, the suggestion itself is no problem at all!😅 (Therefore I casted a vote for the suggestion!) *NP1-san once explained like "Every character poll is regarded as the one completely reset every time, so the result should depend only on popularilty from patrons at the time regardless the frequency the character was made".
