🕑 Added 2023-09-04 14:33:15 +0000 UTCSo- All of the decisions I made in the past few days regarding Patreon and posting NSFW publicly, and commissions were done out of panic and desperation. I thought more about everything, and I've concluded that in the long term, the changes would not make me happy. None of where I'm currently heading pleases me. So-- I'm keeping the Patreon Tier pricing as is and reverting things back- but, I am also just going to commit to a more focused approach. I'm going to make Patreon one of my primary focuses from now on. Not just a simple one drawing or so a month thing, but a real commitment to Patreon. I want people to WANT to pledge, and have a REASON to. NOT just to support me out of pity, but to WANT to actually see what I post and feel rewarded. I must make pledging actually WORTH it! So yeah, expect a lot more.
As for posting NSFW publicly.... I actually do think it's a good idea, but I think I'm going about it the wrong way right now. I will not post censored NSFW publicly from now on- but instead, I'll simply make more teasers publicly. And ones that show a little more, so people can have a taste.
And lastly- thinking of just stopping the way I do commissions altogether. It doesn't make me happy and it just stresses me out. Instead, I'll just keep doing what I do and if someone so happens to want to commission me I'll think about it. But it will no longer be a priority. If I really want commissions, I'll look for job postings and subreddits or something. Not e-beg on social media about how in an emergency I am.
Conclusion: You Patrons are the ones I truly rely on atm to keep doing what I do, it's about fucking time I actually give you what you deserve!
