It is, however, the willing sacrifice of a child. Estaid is judgemental and Seras is protection. Feels like it goes directly against they're tenants. I wonder if there's any atonement to be had

I also feel better that he doesn't bear the full responsibility for him being here. I understand where the divine are coming from though... they can either *keep* letting a *lot* of kids get replaced in perpetuity, or they can replace this single child and bring someone that can put an end to it... it's a good trade, in that respect
