CMRT Complete HUD Version 2.1.2 | DRS Zones and Gearbox Improvements
🕑 Added 2024-11-15 17:03:40 +0000 UTCNew version 2.1.2 of CMRT Complete HUD is now available.
This update brings to the interface a new sound when the DRS is gained and DRS zones visualization into the Map. We have also added an option to extend the Radar range and we have improved the RPM Lights at Power Peak settings in the Gearbox.
Map
In this update it is now possible to visualize the DRS zones on the Map. They will be displayed in green on the track. You can enable this setting under the Map tab inside the Settings app.

Gearbox
The setting RPM Lights at Power Peak will now apply globally to every car.
Users that previously have enabled this setting will have to reenable it again. This will need to be performed only once.

Radar
An Extended mode for the Radar is now available, it will extend the visibility near the car. You can enable this in the Settings app under the Radar tab.

Sounds
The new sound DRS Detection is available when DRS is obtained. It can be enabled inside the Settings app under the Audio tab.

You can read the changelog below:
Gearbox:
Audio queue to change gear doesn't play anymore when you're at the highest gear.
Lights at peak RPM setting is now global instead of per car. NOTE: You might have to re-set this only once.
Audio:
Added audio queue when DRS is obtained (off by default).
Map:
Added option to display DRS zones start.
Radar:
Added option to extend the radar range.

Great HUD. I want to report, that if i have the desktop with the HUD open in AC under Linux (Proton), AC crashes every time after pressing ESC and when i am trying to enter the replay mode. The Screen freezes the sound freezes and AC is crashing. When running the HUD in AC under Windows the Replay does not crash when using this HUD. When using other Elements / Apps in AC on the Desktops, AC does not crash under Linux when entering the Replay. Only when using the CMRT HUD / Desktop. I would really like to make the change to Linux only. It would be so great if it would not crash the Replay Mode on Linux. i found out, it only crashes after leaving the Pits. When trying to enter the Replay Mode while driving through the Pit Lane it does not crash. But after leaving the Pit Lane and entering the Track, everytime i am trying to enter the Replay Mode = instant crash.

Hey, I'm having an small issue. Sectors app is not showing my record best data for any track/car combo, though delta app properly measures time for record best. Is there something I'm missing? Please help, thanks in advance ;-)

Great stuff! Might not be as relevant for most users since it mostly apply to older cars with old type turbos, so that is understandable. Need-to-have vs. nice-to-have Keep up the great work!

Very nice update - especially the gear box universal check off. Suggestion: The Sidekick app has a bar for the turbo being spooled alongside the rev bar - would it be possible to add an inner/outer turbo status circle alongside the rev counter circle in the gearbox app?

Hi, loving the mod, just wanted to report a weird issue I'm having. I read somewhere that pedal telemetry would remember its last setting (open or closed). I used to have this be the case in older versions, but since around 1.8 I always have to rebind "toggle telemetry" as well as open it in each session (my simple brain likes the graphs). Any help would be appreciated and keep up the amazing work :)
