that at least fixed the issue with my save files, but sadly I still can't enable the adult content or even mute the sound.
You can try to check if there is a “StreamingAssets“” folder in the "BHS_Data" folder, create a new one if not.

Hmmm I am not able to save......my settings are also limited, all I can do is change the language and size.
