That's definitely an internal change that has just pushed Sam into more proactively embracing the change. It was included to encourage Sam to act more on these impulses but I still want the general consensus be that she chooses most of these big lifestyle choices.

I dunno about this, honestly. It seems weird that he didn't like food anymore if this was something he wanted all along. And if changing his body to no longer like food if possible, then why wouldn't changing his body to depend on cum be possible, too?
