Features all functions of the main game + some extra menus used for cheats.
To enable the extra options, click on the "debug" button at the screen's bottom. Then click anywhere on the screen, and new different options buttons will appear on the left.
There will also be an extra menu tab in the skills section of the game.
I would advise saving on a different save slot when trying out some of the radical options available. Changing the game's character affinity values may break the game as some events are triggered depending on the affinity levels.

There should be a debug button located at the bottom right of the screen, Check the above images attached in this post. If not, then you might need to restart your application or phone after you've installed the game. If still, that doesn't work, remove the app and clean install it. But before you do, make a backup of your save files located at Phone\Android\data\www.townofmagic.com\files\saves directory in your phone.
